With over 10 years of experience as a Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body, Natalia is dedicated to promoting wellness and physical fitness through the principles of Pilates. An expert in teaching a variety of classes including mat, reformer, and equipment Pilates, she also offers private sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Natalia is passionate about helping clients enhance their core strength, flexibility, and overall physical performance, particularly in activities such as golf and tennis. She specializes in assisting individuals dealing with low back pain as well as those with spine-related issues, including pre- and post-operative care for hip and knee replacement surgeries.
In addition to her expertise in Pilates, Natalia has experience in Barre, TRX, as well as various cardio and strength fitness formats, allowing her to adopt a holistic approach to fitness and rehabilitation. She is adept at working with diverse populations, including golfers and individuals recovering from injuries, and fosters an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients.
