I teach people how to release stress and live with more vitality on an everyday basis, with simple ways to keep a healthy mind and body!

I’m a mother of two boys, I’m based in California, and I’m passionate about helping my clients experience greater well-being in their lives by committing to their own goals! My work encompasses mind, body, and spirit to foster both mental and physical revitalization.

I focus on tools like holistic nutrition, pilates, primal functional movement, breathwork, and herbalism. After connecting these various techniques, the transformation in my students became well-rounded, long-term life changes. To me, this is what holistic wellness is about!
